Make contact with your selected permanent or flexi jobseekers within Nomad Now’s closed network

Inquire & Order
Place Inquiries with jobseekers and once satisfied that jobseekers' services and skills can fulfill your role requirements, click ‘Order Now’.

Transact
Nomad Now will automatically send you an invoice payable on a monthly basis for flexi workers from commencement of services, on behalf of the flexi workers.

Rate Flexi worker
Upon completion of a flexi worker Order, you will have an opportunity to rate the flexi worker’s services. Click on 'Flexi to Perm' to offer the flexi worker a full-time role.

The more accurate & relevant information you provide in your Profile, the easier it will be for Hirers to find you, so spend some time on this!

Set Availability
Set your availability in your personal calendar.

Receive Orders or Apply to Job Ads
Hirers perform flexi and perm talent searches or place free Job Ads for jobseekers. If your Services or Skills are a match to Job Ads, Hirers contact you directly or you may apply to a Job Ad.

Accept/Decline Offer or Order
Based on the details of the flexi or perm Order received, you can decide whether to accept.

Commencement of Order (flexi or perm)
Start your new permanent job or deliver your flexi work services on terms that you agree directly with the Hirer. Flexi workers get paid monthly within 30 days, using our revenue collection assistance.

Rate Hirer
Flexi workers rate their Hirer Order experience upon completion of the Order and on completion of flexi Orders, often receive offers of permanent employment from Hirers.
